After a life long fascination with and calling to Goddess archetype energy, as well as a fascination and study of the body’s energy centres I began in 2015 to actively work with and explore the concept of these centres and their ability to assist us in healing and in connecting deeper with the Goddess archetype energy within. This started in my practice and determination to heal myself and better understand what the underlying causes of both physical and emotional issues I experienced were; being diagnosed with Bi-polar, PTSD and borderline personality disorder in my early teens, as well as struggling with various forms of addiction, I wanted to know how I could approach these issues and heal without the use of Western medicine and mainstream psychology. To take my healing and spiritual growth into my own hands and honour my true self and soul calling. Which through this and accompanying holistic practices is what I did and continue to do; this process also assisted me in understanding the root causes of most of the issues I had come up against in my life and how to heal and understand my core wounding in order to prevent and stop the further repetition of patterns and behaviours that were not in service or aligned with my highest good.
I quickly realised that incorporating my work and research on the Goddess energies and the body’s energy centres into my work as a Pilates, yoga & meditation teacher and energy healer had a remarkable impact on my clients and their wellbeing. In 2015 I wrote a course on incorporating the energy centres into teaching Pilates and launched Alchemy Energy Pilates classes in 2016, I continued to work with the concept of addressing the energy centres during movement but also working with them daily, this lead to me embarking on the Alchemy Energy 365 journey in 2018. I spent the year working on each energy centre for 52 days. I wanted to undertake this process to see how this kind of embodied devotion can affect one's life and health, out of that experience came the guidance to create this course. To share some accessible tools for healing and wellbeing with my clients and anyone who may be interested in exploring the concept of Energetic Alchemy. In 2019 I was guided to share in this course how these centres relate to and can be accessed through the use and connection to certain archetypal Goddess principles and energies. This has changed the way I connect with and work with my own energy body profoundly and I would like to share this practice with you.
The Alchemy Goddess Energy Course consists of 7 Spheres of daily embodied devotions, each sphere focuses on a different energy centre and the archetypal Goddess & God energy invoked by the frequency of that centre, once you have completed each Sphere we look back at what came up and try to identify where you still need a little extra focus and how to integrate and process what you learned in order to implement that going forward, we do this again once all 7 Spheres have been completed.

The purpose of this course is to take you on a practical and accessible journey of inner alchemy and self-discovery to connect with your innate Goddess energy, I have tried to make the daily embodied devotions easy and not overly time-consuming or requiring many "extras" to complete, all you will need is your body, the willingness to commit to a daily practice,  a minimum of 30 minutes a day and attending the scheduled sessions. You do not need any prior knowledge or experience working with the body’s energy centres or a belief in, or experience of Goddess energy work, but if you do, this might offer you a new approach and way to connect deeper with both.

This is a deep and powerful shamanic process, what I experienced during my year of daily embodied devotion and healing was extreme and at times drastic changes within myself, as well as my health & external environments, I had no idea when I started that journey of daily devotion at the beginning of 2018 how much a life could change in a year, and how much that change would catapult me into even more alignment over the years to follow; but having experienced it I felt I had to find a way to share it with others.

I realised though that committing to a year's worth of daily practice is a massive undertaking, so I wanted to start somewhere real. To give people a realistic timeline and framework to stick to a practice - you don't have to change too much or completely deviate from your current lifestyle.

The purpose of this course is to give you simple tools that you can implement every day for the rest of your life. Tools that bring a powerful dose of Goddess bliss and magic int your routine. It’s daily embodied devotion to everyday magic that makes a difference in our lives in my experience.

Accessible practices that fit into your life to add value alleviate the stress and guilt we often feel around practising self-care or self-love.
The point is to give you an Alchemy Goddess Energy toolbox that you can access whenever you need to empower yourself to step fully and with confidence into your sovereignty and your soul-purpose.

What is Goddess Energy?
This energy has many names and comes in many forms, but fundamentally it is the energetic creative spark of the Divine. We will be calling upon the archetypal Divine Feminine which resides in the deepest aspects of our sovereign selves reaching out to guide us back into knowing, back into our instinct, our intuition, and our power. It is the creative force from which all creation was born and to which all creation will return. It is all that we have lost by quieting and corseting our spirit. It is the whispers of an ancient knowledge calling us home. It is all that we can feel bubbling up inside our being but do not know how to express. When we reconnect with the Goddess Archetypes, through narrative, embodied devotion and ritual, we re-establish our connection to the Divine Feminine and allow her to access and penetrate our being we open our energetic channels to once again begin to flow with power and grace. We reactivate our energetic and physical nervous system like flicking a switch to turn on the light within. We turn on the Heart and the Hara (womb) the places in which our Feminine power resides. We reclaim our Heart and our Hara and begin to channel our energy through these powerful spaces within ourselves. This energy manifests in different ways for us all, but we know her by the way she feels. We know when we are in the presence of the Goddess or the Divine Feminine because it is in our nature to know her. She is all that is familiar to the soul, she is the knowing beyond the mind, she is the force that holds when all else fails and our worlds fall apart around us. She is the grandmother, the mother, the sister and the friend, the constant source of unconditional love. She resided within your being, at times a tiny almost imperceptible presence and when we access her fully a powerful undeniable roar, she is always there.
During this course, we will work with the archetypal narratives & daily embodied devotion that help us to reconnect to the Goddess energy within us all, as these narratives are explored and resonate they trigger a deep self-remembering and assist us in shedding the falseness of separation, of personality, of social and cultural constraints. As we work through the daily rituals & embodied devotions and gather in ceremony together we begin to remember our connection to each other, to our power and to source. Through these practices of unraveling we heal and connect with our energy centres and open ourselves up to our higher dimensional guides. Who will come to you when you are ready, they are with you always but when you are ready to work with them more actively you will call them in, in the way that is best suited to you. During this practice, we begin to prepare ourselves for that connection and if you have already made this connection and are actively working with your guides, this practice may open your channels a little more or allow you to explore some further connections. The course is designed to work for where you are and you can take it as deep as you are ready to go.

What are the Energy Centres and how does this archetypal Goddess energy connect to them?

Traditionally the human body is thought to have seven major energy centres running from the base of the spine up to the crown of the head. These centres are most commonly known as the 7 Chakras - Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, 3rd Eye and Crown (we will also work with the Earthstar and Soulstar).
Although they have been known and referred to by different names and terminology throughout most of the ancient belief systems across the globe, and are as relevant to our modern lives as they were to the ancient peoples who first discovered them.

Please note that for the purposes of this course and as I do not wish to align my work with any religious or cultural belief system, I will be using the term energy centre as opposed to Chakra and the English names for the centres as they are located in the body. Even though I have spent many years studying various traditions and cultural paths to the energy centres, and I have deep respect and reverence for these cultures and traditions, my work is not traditional, nor do I wish to lay claim to any culture or tradition, my work comes through the guidance of the Goddess’s, Gods and spirit guides I work with personally.

Understanding that our body's energy centres form an energetic conduit through which our physical body connects to the energetic ethereal body, receiving and assimilating life force energy enables us to connect with and grow this energetic connection. The energy centres flow inward taking in information through our environment and experiences physically, emotional and spiritually and translating those experiences into a frequential state in the physical body whilst also flowing outward communicating energetically our internal frequency to the outside world, thus you have a vortex of spinning energy sending and interpreting external and internal input and transmitting that input both internally and externally.

Each of the energy centres traditionally have a frequential colour (as well as a sound frequency) associated with them and taken as a whole create the 7 colours of the rainbow starting from the base with red at the root, orange for the sacral, yellow for the solar plexus, green for the heart, blue for the throat, indigo for the 3rd Eye and violet for the crown. As with the concept of energy centres the use of the rainbow to convey information and a connection between heaven and earth, between the physical and ethereal, has been a theme going back to Norse, Hindu, Mayan, Egyptian and Celtic mythologies to name a few, and my practice, interest, and understanding of these centres span across these cultures. In the same way, the archetypal Goddess / God energy called upon in this practice also spans across many cultures and belief systems. We are dealing with energetic systems that are not limited to a single doctrine or dogma but rather underpin all of us as energetic beings navigating our way through this “physical” manifestation.

Understanding the energy centres as well as the archetypal Goddess energies and their effects on our experience allows for inner alchemy to occur, for us to create a process of increasingly refining our physical experience and deepening our understanding of both our physical and emotional wellbeing.

I have felt a deep calling and connection to Goddess energy since I was a little girl, for me, the Goddesses are my mothers, sisters, teachers, and friends and I work with and speak to them daily, and they speak to and through me. There have been times in my life that I set this practice aside to be what I misguidedly believed to be more present in the “real world”; these were the darkest and emptiest times of my life and in the past few years of spiritual growth and healing I have learnt that there is much more on offer to me in the realms of the Goddesses than ever could be in the achievements of the “real world”

Below is a short description of each of the archetypal Goddess energies I work with as well as each of the body’s energy centres. As this is not an official doctrine or practice, this is personal to me and the Alchemy Goddess Energy system, what I put forth in this course is what I have been guided to communicate. Also when it comes to the names of Goddesses / Feminine archetypes please remember that the names may differ from culture to culture so take in the description of the energy and allow that to resonate with a “name” that is familiar to you. The Goddess lineages are all connected and run through all the people and belief systems on this planet so I encourage you to engage with the energy, not the name.

I will also bring in an aspect of the Divine Masculine for each of the energy centres, this might seem odd in a system built on connecting with your innate Goddess energy, but I believe cultivating balance and a connection within the feminine to the divine masculine within us is fundamentally important for our energetic and spiritual wellbeing. The same applies to the names of the masculine Gods/archetypes, these lineages span across space, time and cultures so allow the energy to resonate with you, not the name or belief system it arose from.

Root Centre - Wild Woman - Lilith / La Loba / Mama Cacao / Pachamama - Gaia
Divine Masculine Root - Stability & Rebirth - Osiris
Before we begin our journey up the energy centres into the light of the divine, we must first burry ourselves back into the dark womb of mother earth. We must re-wild our spirit reconnect and acknowledge our shadow so that we can understand and accept the light within us.
This is the first of the energy centres working from the base upwards, the root centre is located at the base of the spine around the coccygeal plexus. This centre develops from the 2nd trimester to around 12 months of age and is our centre of self-preservation and physical safety - our right to exist and have our physical needs met.

Sacral Centre - The Creatrix Muse - Isis / Ixchel / Aphrodite / Mary Magdalene / Mama Cacao
Divine Masculine Sacral - Creative transformation - Anubis
The sacral energy centre takes us into our Hara (womb), our creative centre, our sexual centre of love, lust, joy and flowing expansion and transformation. This is our centre of manifestation, connection with this centre is vital if we are to manifest the lives we want.
This is the second energy centre working upwards located around the lower abdomen and sacral plexus. This centre develops from approximately 6 months to 2 years of age and is our centre of sexuality, creativity, joy, and self-gratification - the right to feel and experience pleasure.

Solar Plexus - The Warrior Woman -  Isis / Sekhmet / Nephthys
Divine Masculine Solar Plexus - Self-awareness & maturity - Ra
This Goddess archetype is the most forceful, she is the penetrating aspect of the Feminine. The energetic part of you that wants to prove your worth by achievements and success. If you have low self-esteem and lack self-respect however, no amount of success will be sufficient to compensate for your wound. This often leads women to operate out of the toxic-femininity or the shadow aspect of this energy, and become workaholics or overly concerned with ego-driven pursuits. When your inner heroine is functioning in a balanced way, you become assertive, organised, happy for others to succeed, and committed to taking calculated risks to achieve your goals. This is a powerful and intuitive centre for a woman to harness and connect with.

The 3rd centre is located around the solar plexus. This centre develops around the ages of 18 months to 4 years and is our centre of self-definition, will, ego identity, self-esteem, sense of self, spontaneity, playfulness, and sense of humour, as well as our sense of responsibility, self-awareness, self-discipline, personal power, and maturity. This is the centre of the gut feeling, our physical innate intuition - the right to claim myself as a sovereign individuated being.

Heart - The Mother - Hathor / Isis / Mary-Magdalene / Mama Cacao
Divine Masculine Heart - Compassion & love -  Christ consciousness
The archetypal mother governs our heart centre. This is the part of us that ensures our needs are met. Without it, you are not centred enough to bring anything to fruition or to sustain nurturing (of yourself or others). The heart is the centre of self-acceptance, so if this centre is not harmoniously activated, you judge yourself and others too harshly. When this energy centre is open you allow and accept your imperfections and understand that often they’re our greatest teachers. This is our centre of compassion and empathy, living and expressing from this centre is in my mind imperative for our future as well as drawing the heart centre energy down and up throughout the energy system. The intelligence that we are able to access and the clarity that is available to us when the heart centre is open and balanced and we are able to access it effectively is life changing.
The 4th energy centre is located around the heart space, chest and cardiac plexus. This centre develops between the ages of 4 to 7 and is our centre of empathy, love, compassion, understanding, peace, altruism, heart centred intelligence, balance and general immune health.

Throat - The Medicine Woman -  Ixchel / Isis / Ma'at
Divine Masculine Throat centre - Resonant healing expression - Thoth
Your throat centre is your voice centre, from here you speak wellness or illness into being, whether you speak inwardly or outwardly this is where you speak your medicine from and it is your choice what kind of medicine that is. This centre is a portal to the upper energy centres, your challenge here is to see your wounding from a higher perspective and to understand that you hold the medicine for that wounding within you. When we access and honour our inner Medicine Woman we understand that the responsibility for our healing lies within us and as we speak it we make it so. It is from here that we express ourselves outwardly but also inwardly affecting both of these realms.
The 5th energy centre is located around the throat and pharyngeal gland. This centre develops around 7 to 12 years of age and is our centre of self-expression, truth, communication, creativity, and listening. The right to know and speak our truth.

3rd Eye - The Wise Woman - Isis / Oracles of Delphi / Hecate
Divine Masculine of the 3rd Eye - The union of the left and right brain / Masculine & feminine / Fact & Intuition - Horus
The wise woman resides in us, regardless of our age. She is the part of you that seeks solitude and enjoys meditation, esoteric study, and sacred ceremony. When she’s forced into the shadows, we suffer from depression and have no access to our divine mystical perspective which assists us in making sense of our darker thoughts, feelings, and experiences. If the third eye is closed off, we dismiss psychic phenomena out of fear and ignorance. Our inner Wise Woman reclaims her power when we acknowledge the wisdom we have gained through all our dark times. When the Wise Woman is not acknowledged, we fear ageing and death. When she is empowered we use our intuitive insights to help others make sense of their own shadow and intuitive journeys.
The 6th centre is located around the forehead, brow and carotid plexus. This centre develops during adolescence and is our centre of intuition, perception, imagination, intellect and memory. - The right to see the truth in all its forms and to know ourselves.

Crown - The High Priestess - Sophia / Isis / Tiamat
Divine Masculine of the Crown Centre - Protection, Guidance & Connection - The collective Divine Masculine.
The lesson of the High Priestess is to embody our divine essence in the world through sacred intent and practices. When this archetype is not harmoniously activated, we can’t access our power or fully embody and express our spiritual values. If we disconnect from our inner High Priestess, we unconsciously prostitute our energy by doing jobs or staying in environments or relationships that drain our power and connection to the divine. This disconnect also drives us to choose partners for security, rather than soul-fulfilling connection. The patriarchal system of control thrives and banks on keeping us cut off and dysfunctional in our Crown centres. When the Crown centre is open and fully functional we see this system as the false facade it truly is and can access our source of divine abundance and life. When your inner High Priestess is empowered, we embody our divine sovereignty. The right to embody and connect to the Divine.

The 7th energy centre is located in the cerebral cortex and associated with the crown of the head. This centre develops from early adulthood onwards and is our centre of awareness, the ability to assimilate information into intelligent thought as well as the centre that allows us a spiritual connection to the divine, it is our centre of wisdom, self-mastery, self-knowledge, and understanding - the right to connect to our innate Divinity.

I know this journey to the Alchemy Goddess Energy system will be the key to your path of inner alchemy, healing, embodied devotion and everyday magic.
